IronMan didn’t regen

in Bugs and Known Issues
I was fighting Cable in AW on miniboss node 52. I took 0 hits and when he did enough damage trough block to knock me down below 15% health, the screen said Overload but IM didn’t regen at all.
This was a costly error, not sure if it’s a bug in the system but hopefully you look into it cuz that regen is the only reason IM makes a somewhat viable champ to use.

    Could be possible there was a Heal Block in play? Was Cable the first champion you fought in AW that did not have Regeneration when Arc Overload was activated?
