The Game won’t get past the Doom load screen

I haven’t been able to access the game since Saturday 9/4. I have deleted and redownloaded three times, internet connection isn’t an issue. I have tried on wifi and off, in several different areas. Every time I load the app, I get stuck at the doom face load screen and never reach the main menu
