Underrated champions

Punisher 2099. He got a great buff that I feel a lot of people are sleeping on. I r3'd him recently and have absolutely no regrets. He's great. His power denial is one of the absolute best in the game. You can finish fights without ever allowing the opponent to reach even a single bar of power.

I also think people are sleeping on White Magneto. I know my alliance does. When I was asking around for thoughts on him just as I was beginning to rank up my 5*, the top dog with the biggest roster said he had him as a 6* but never used him. I pulled him as a 6* a while later and now I'm seriously considering r3'ing him. He's so useful. It's just that he was completely overshadowed by Red Mags. That's understandable but not really fair.

- 100% bleed resistance
- an additional 30% passive prowess
- potentially doubles prowess on heavy attack charge
- 30% increase critical rate!!!!!!!!
- 20% increase prowess potency (round out to basically 1000% special attack damage)
