Game modes for 2-star and 3-star champions

I think, the game need in using 2-star and 3-star champions, at the moment, these champions are not used in any way.
Maybe, that can be solved by adding new game modes or mechanics

Pretty sure I use mine in arenas still, and there is a Variant or 2 out there that needs them. So there's that....

Maybe add a regular rotation of arena for cav and up using only 2* 3* champions with milestone rewards of 5* 6* shards. No ranked rewards.
