War bans and when do people start getting banned

When do we notice and when do they start banning alliances. Has it started or have they finished banning alliances now as I noticed we gained 2 ranks today

I think it's ****. They should take action against the accounts not the whole ally. Theres 30 people in an alliance. Unless you got guys announcing that they are cheating or breaking the rules you won't know, at least I would assume. I would also assume people wouldn't announce it because they would get kicked because they are risking everyone's rewards.
There needs to be consequences to the entire alliance. Otherwise you could just cheat on a couple second accounts and the entire alliance gains from it

In a way, what you're saying makes sense.
But then there also needs to be something that let's the leaders check or know if someone is using hacks or anything. This is a mobile game where noone knows who the other is most of the time. How is the leader supposed to know if someone new or anyone in fact is cheating?
