War Season 28 reward issue

Going into the final war if the season my alliance was silver 1 rank 688 we lost the final war and stopped to silver 2 rank 1513 I have never seen such a drastic drop with 1 war lose.

You can also see we lost 700k points how does this happen. Don't know if this happened to anyone else but I would like an explanation. War is one of the only reason I play this game and if this is how we will be rewarded might be time to hang it up.

If an ally got docked kabam should automatically minimum 7 day ban on the player(s) for 1st offence.

Well, we won our last war and still dropped in ranking, so I guess it's a thing.

Yeah I got that issue as well. I’m confused why everybody else got them rewards but me

Some players of the ally received the season rewards and I didn't...what should I do? Please help, it's the second time I don't receive it
