Any suggestions on how to beat him? He has the permanent regeneration, I feel like I’ve tried the whole roster, been stuck for a few weeks now…

Guilly, (awakened) CapIW, or other Reverse Regen or Ability Accuracy Reduction (?) champs.
(not sure what Mag's new “anti-metal” abilities do to that nowadays)

Or repeat until you get random Heal Block on him (isn’t “Chaos” or something still on that node?)

I am not sure if it will work but try Diablo or Abomination.. They both apply poison and it reduces the heal rate.. Also, Void is worth a try.. Hope that helps
