How long does it take Kabam to respond to a support ticket??

    Hey there, our Support Team tries to answer everyone as quickly as possible, or at least try to send you a message to let you know your ticket was received, though the exact time to answer a player's question may vary depending on the nature of the ticket, as it can take different amounts of time to look into different questions or requests. You can contact a moderator if you have specific questions, though in most cases, the Support Team themselves will likely have the best access to be able to answer your question most thoroughly.
