CAV EQ Help - Tech Rank Up

Now that I’ve made Thronebreaker, I’m shifting attention to getting my roster in shape to farm Cav EQ while I rebuild my units for more content progression.

I’m in good shape with most classes for Cav EQ except for Tech, which shouldn’t be a surprise given it is my weakest overall class. I’ve had some better recent luck as I’ve picked up both Warlock and Guilly as well as HB, HTD, and Ultron.

So my question is - who would be the best rank up to join Ghost and Warlock at R5 specifically to help with Cav EQ. I’m hoping to pick one that is really good for the Tech Cav EQ - on the order of how good Mole God/BWDO are for Skill.

I’m leaning towards HB based on what I’ve read, but would welcome some input. Here is my current tech roster:

5* Guilly 2099 (awakened)

Personally my go to is warlock and guilly. As they have a synergy together but also guilly plays well into the nodes. When it's high voltage you use her power drain. Power technician you have her armor up. And she can be used for the heal block on the sp2 for the other node. I tend to take 2 guillys into tech cav eq. But I don't have Hulkbuster ranked up yet, he is also a good option for the different rotations of nodes.
