In game chats don't work.

In game name:- .DAGAR.
Device: oppo f15 ( android)
OS : android v10
Cellular or wifi: both
Actually my In games chats don't work, I am not able to reply anyone on global chats. i don't know why from a long time,please help me regarding this issue.

    If you're still unable to use the in-game Chat function, it may be due to a Chat ban.
