Thing I would want changed or improved if Elsa ever gets buffed.
1. Reduce counter attack to 5 secs.
2. Extend purify ability to include damaging debuffs except bleeds
3. Reduce the time it takes to purify a debufff to 1 sec.
4. Reduce bleed duration by 50% and double the degeneration.
5. Increase the potency of all curelty and precision buffs.
