can’t log on after maintenance

all day i can’t log on after maintenance ,the game freeze and loading 20-30min and nothing .Trying to update but not available any suggestions ?

still can’t log on ,i am with iphone ,just try on android don’t have a problem with account …..
Any suggestion ,delete and pre install the game 3 times
