Cav tech chapter still broken

Can anyone tell me when this chapter is actually gonna get fixed? It's been bugged since cavalier went live and nothing seems to be changing. Parry is a well timed block. Tech champs should be power draining upon well timed blocks. Why isn't the power draining happening!? The parry stuns are happening so don't try blaming the parry issues that are still happening bc if it was that then the parry stuns wouldn't be happening either. The nodes are bugged. And ability accuracy is not an issue here bc there's no reduction happening in the fights that I'm doing so that isn't it either. What's going on and when will this be fixed
