Players with 4/40 champs vs mephisto

I have a bunch of 4/40 champs trying to do boss run and can’t beat mephisto. I don’t have an iceman either so I need any tips you guys got.... or am I just screwed.

Power Control helps too. One of my guys used Power Control and some Revives.
