Summer Canteen

I have come close to the end and am looking forward to final awards. I kept track and aligned my rewards to make sure I can get the final ones. However, I am going to miss one due to a glitch. I had to get a 5 Cavalier crystal instead of the 6 crystals because it did not unlock until... By my count I should have been able to get it. What is strange? Once I reset it and then gave in... It unlocked. But now I won't have the token to get it. Can you help?
