    Assassin
PI is just an illusion nothing else to make people think it is always good to have a high PI champ. Don't run after it

Now to answer your question - Deep wounds increases PI of bleeders but Assasin increaes for everybody . So Assasin is the answer .

Assasin isn't worth to max imo unless you are doing LOL and AOL or any high tier wars where you are the boss killer.

If you use champs that have strong bleeds like Venom, Blade, Venompool, Nick Fury...etc, I would recommend 5 points into deep wounds. They increase Venoms r5 5* damage output from 6k per bleed to 10k per bleed, and it also significantly makes NFs light attack bleed do a ton more damage

I agree with what's been said, honestly.

Deep Wounds is a phenomenal mastery to give your bleed champions a nice boost in damage. Of course it benefits some more than others - Nick Fury gets a bigger benefit than Black Widow (Claire Voyant) for example - but it still helps Claire out when the opponents health is low and you launch a heavy attack or a special 1.

Assassin can help end some fights more quickly, is more beneficial in the Labyrinth or the Abyss, but I would also hesitate to use it in war because of potential issues that come along with the ability accuracy reduction. Let's say you're fighting a Thing in war and you're relying on the next hit to take his rock stacks from 14 to 15, but then Assassin kicks in and your hit doesn't increase his rock stacks. Then he uses his special and now he has no power, you're trying to hit his block to get him to a special 1, and he's pushing you into a corner.

Just something to think about, is all.

That's right. I learned to never use domino against thing because of AAR.

For overall questing, DW has worked better for me

    Deep Wounds
It actually doesn't matter about the PI but the champs you use(unless its for arena purposes)
If you have someone like Nick, Hit monkey or blade then deep wounds is the place to go to imo...
