Human torch incineration is bugged

in Bugs and Known Issues
I used my HT in event quest today. Somehow the long the fight goes, the shorter the incineration last. Eventually all incineration will not gonna stick on the defender anymore. I recorded the fight but I cannot upload it.

    Who were you fighting, what (if any) were the nodes and were you inflicted with bleed?

    Am actually noticing another issue with torch. His pre fight is bugged and not working

    You mean like you press the pre fight but it does not activate after fight starts?
