Bug in crystals

Today I received a crystal from the great master of the festive event and proceeded to open it, I could see that I was going to get a 5 * star-lord but the game closed and the crystal remained as if it had not been opened, so I returned it to open but I got a 3 * Medusa, lately something similar happens to me with other crystals, for example, I open 4-star shard crystals and I will get a good character, for example the other day I was going to get an Archangel , but the same thing happened to me, so I opened it again and a magnet came out, I did not report it before because I thought it was a failure of my cell phone, but I already had it checked and this has nothing wrong, so this could be affecting me since for example I need new characters to move forward since the ones I have do not serve me, archangel I was going to fall great for what I need but lately that happens
