Kicking me out Issue

I can play and part in the game and the game will kick me out. It doesn’t matter how long I play the Marvel Contest of Champion. I can be in the middle of a fight in the Arena or any other parts of the game. One other thing is I had at least 10 to 15 or more five stars and I didn’t come close to winning one.
