Mephisto's abilities description: Mephisto imprisons the opponent's Soul at the start of the fight, reducing their chance to activate Buffs by 100% for 15 seconds.
Civil Warrior's signature abilitie: An upgrade to Civil Warrior's Arc Shield grants him 2 Armor Up charges at the start of the fight. each increasing Armor Rating by X for 2 seconds.
So, I was fighting Mephisto with my Civil Warrior and I could still have two armor buffs with my soul imprisoned. I think I should not be able to get those armor buffs.
