Do I have to bee cavalier to get the summoned symbioid?

Hi !
I am on 6.1.3 in the storyline and the symbioid is coming back. Hurayyyy!!!! But can I get him even if I am not cavalier or should I push for it?

Yes you can get him.

Pretty sure everyone will get him.

You 'might' need cav to max rank him out tho. Can't say without knowing how the eq works.
