I bought my summoner resort pass but the rewards didn’t get unlocked.

I paid for the resort thing pass and not the booster. When I bought it I got the mail that people are mistakenly buying the booster instead of pass so they’re giving spare 7 days and all. But I didn’t recieve my rewards. They are still in solo event. But it says you need resort pass. How much time does it take for the rewards to unlock?
