Karnak Buff idea

Karnak as of right now is trash but he is an interesting concept. A skill champion but his parents are both cosmics? I think you can see where this is going.

Core mechanic

Karnak has 2 modes, a “skill” mode and a “cosmic” mode. He’s still a skill champion and has the same class relationships however now has access both aspects of his character.

“Human training” (skill mode)

Whilst in this mode gain:

• A permanent precision passive increasing crit rate by a flat 35%
  
• +25% block proficiency
  
• +2000 physical resistance
  

”Cosmic lineage” (cosmic mode)

Whilst in this mode gain:

• +50% crit damage rating
  
• +2000 energy resist
  
• A permanent protection buff preventing damage from exceeding 15% of max health. This is consumed after the opponent deals more than 15% in a single hit.
  

Pre-fight ability

Choose which mode to start the fight in. By default this is set to Human Training.

On Second medium atttack

Human Training: Purify up to 1 damaging and 2 non damaging debuffs on Karnak
Cosmic lineage: Gain a Precision buff increasing critical rate by a flat 10% for 10 seconds, max stacks 5

On 4th light attack

Human Training: Place an indefinite Vulnerability debuff on the opponent increasing the damage critical hits deal by 15% max stacks 2
Cosmic Lineage: Gain an Aptitude buff increasing the potency of all fury, precision and Cruelty buffs on Karnak by 50% for 15 seconds, Max stacks 2

Heavy attack

Both modes: This attack is a garunteed critical hit
Human Training: place a Rupture debuff on the opponent dealing 50% of attack over 10 seconds, max stacks 3
Comic Lineage: gain a fury buff increasing attack by 20% for 15 seconds max stacks 5.

Landing the 3rd light attack then dashing back

Human Training: place an Infuriate debuff on the opponent for 10 seconds making them more agressive and reducing offensive ability accuracy by 50%
Cosmic Lineage: Gain a power Gain buff granting Karnak 20% of max power over 3 seconds, this goes on cooldown for 10 seconds after activation.

Dashing back twice in a row

Human Training: Place a Taunt debuff on the opponent making them 50% more likely to throw a special attack and reducing attack by 25%
Cosmic Lineage: Gain another protection buff lasting 5 seconds. This buff cannot be triggered again for 30 seconds if it is triggered by a Special 3 attack.

Special 1 attack

Human Training: Refresh and pause all debuffs (apart from stun) on the opponent for 10 seconds
Cosmic Lineage: Refresh and pause all buffs on Karnak for 10 seconds

Special attack 2

Human Training: each hit triggers a passive fury increasing attack by 10% for each debuff on the opponentlastong 15 seconds. If more than 4 debuffs are on the opponent they are consumed and an extra fury per hit is triggered. If more than 5 debuffs are on the opponent he gains an unblockable passive for 15 seconds.

Cosmic Lineage: all buffs are paused during this attack. This attack passively gains +15% damage for every buff on Karnak. If more then 5 buffs are active he gains a Cosmic Wrath buff, dealing an additional 20% hit damage as energy damage fro 15 seconds.

Special attack 3

Human Training: place a disorient debuff on the opponent lasting for 40 seconds and decreasing defensive ability accuracy by 75%, this is refreshed every time Karnak throws a special and cannot be consumed.
Cosmic Lineage: gain a cosmic overload buff increasing the duration of all buffs by 20% for 20 seconds.

Signature ability

Karnaks arduous training and rich cosmic heritage intertwine, and he gains the additional following benefits for both modes:

• Indestructible passive triggers for 2 seconds after Karnak places a debuff or gains a buff from his abilities
  
• +10% nullify resistance per buff
  
• -25% purify ability accuracy on opponent per debuff
  
• +10 - 30% duration on all buffs and debuffs

Inhuman royal family
With: Medusa, Black Bolt

All synergy members: +20% ability accuracy

Inhumans
With: Kamala Kahn

Ms Marvel: For each buff on Kamala Kahn gain +20% buff duration (max bonus 250%)
Karnak: Fury buff stack limit increased to 7

Cosmic Lineage
With: Hercules, Silver Surfer, Thor and Nova

All cosmic champions (and Karnak): all fury buffs are upgraded, gaining 25% potency and duration and also being immune to nullify

Human Training
With: Nick Fury, Shang Chi, Winter Soldier and Punisher

All skill champions: +500 crit rating and crit damage rating. Additionally +25% bleed duration and potency.
