Missing Antibodies

Was anyone else in the Cosmic Eclipse quest when maintenance hit?

I was and its booted me from the quest. I've lost my entry key (Antibodies).

I've raised a ticket, but is this a widespread issue?

I was in the quest when the emergency maintenance happened as well but I didn’t lose my key

I didn't lose my key was fighting red goblin.

I don't understand why it wouldn't have come back with me still in the quest!

I've not had any response to my ticket despite chasing with 3 replies.
