This survey is not provided with segos because for those who have used a guillotine before and now, with the new update, it does not reflect a benefit in their abilities, so the objective of updating character x is to provide more utility. And with this update, the opposite occurs with respect to the changes generated in guillotien. therefore, the comment with segos of opinion seems to be yours.

In fact, those who have used a guillotine before and now know its abilities very well before the update. so they may well give a comparative opinion on the matter.
