Night Thrasher Buff

I’ve been messing around with night thrasher recently and he seems like a great candidate for a buff. Here’s my thoughts on what to change:
1) +50% base debuff duration and pause effects during specials
2) Increase the strength of the crit buff from the sp2
3) Sp3 converts all active debuffs on the opponent to permanent passive effects and doubles their potency
4) Change the purify mechanic to work like agent venom or kingpin’s abilities do instead of relying on night thrasher being knocked down
5) Slow debuff on heavy
6) Give him some kind of evade mechanic
