Wheres the knull objectives?

I completed every level of every special quest in September (including the highest level of difficulty) and I don't see any of the knull objectives.
Earlier today right before the outages I had one objective which was to level up anti venom which I claimed. I restarted my phone and did not see any new objectives after that. Then the game went down and i still don't see any objectives since it has been back up
Am i missunderstanding how this thing is supposed to work???
