Secondary September and October event - The disappointment...

I've been playing this game for 6 years. Lifetime and dedication, but in recent months I've been saddened by some promoted events, mismatched information and texts with superficial or imprecise explanations. I'm sure it's a challenge to write something and diversify into multiple languages without any distortions. What should be trivial and easy to understand has become a veritable battle of forum discussions for lack of kaban information for these secondary events.

The month of September and October, are interconnected and you should do only one of the difficulties to access the symbiote and the anti venum, but even so there are numerous players claiming that they completed and did not obtain these heroes so they can enter the secondary event. ..

We all play for fun, but the kabam has spoiled that with some events that instead of generating fun, generate stress...

Kabam reviews this side event, releases the necessary heroes for everyone to participate in the side event, and lets them conclude that they really do, but don't take away their right to participate.

I'll print here, an example that even completing the special challenges of the four weeks of September in the easiest level is defeating three-star heroes.
Even so the heroes needed to carry out the secondary mission were not available.

For suggestion purposes. Because instead of investing in texts to communicate events, make explanatory videos showing in-game what has changed... or what you want to communicate...

Despite the many complaints in this forum of missing objectives or unreceived champs, I've yet to see one that hasn't turned out to be a misunderstanding of the requirements.

Based on your screenshot, you haven't completed the chain of objectives in any difficulty level. Complete it and you'll receive the new champions.

Thanks for the attention EXhibitB, however I'm afraid I was not understood. Last month and during the weeks there were four and not three difficulty levels open for me, it was them against 6 star, 5 star, 4 star and 3 star heroes... if you look at the picture, I did all 3 star challenges...

I just joined the game during lunch time...
Look how it turned out... he opened the "IMMUNOLOGICAL SYSTEM IMPROVEMENT" challenge, where he is told to level up the anti-venom, but I haven't received the ati-venom yet...Look:

In your image, there are still 4 objective difficulty chains available, none are completed.

Semana 1: Torpor de treinamento
Semana 2: Tropa especial
Semana 3: Superquipe
Semana 4: Combustivel de pesadelo
Semana 5: Toque final

Complete each week to unlock the next. After all 5 weeks of any difficulty are complete, you will receive the new champs.

This is one of the big contradictions, because the event appears and it is not clear if it is the week's challenges or some random event... Another point is how many are left... because it doesn't list all the missing events.
There should be more clarity on that... for example, we had to duel against venom or against canificina...
Well, I'm going to try to figure out what to do in this *NIGHTMARE FUEL* event, but first I'll have to guess what is asked because it doesn't even say clearly that we should defeat "cosmic", but I mean that yes...
In other words, you don't have the peace to do the events in part because you lack the energy to do those events whose prize is unquestionable to have access to the secondary mission...
Anyway, I'll find time and energy to look for cosmic heroes in missions... because arena is heads or tails and incursion too... by the number I'll have to do this 7 times... will there be any more events from September after of that?

After finding out in which mission I found a venom and after fighting it a few times, about 10 times here it comes:

And that only happens if you leave the game and come back...

Finally after completing and exiting and re-entering the game the agent venom appears...

Honestly, shouldn't it be simpler?
