Am I missing something?

Do we really have to wait until day 3 to take Steve up a rank?
Correct me of I’m wrong but the last time we had him, weren’t we able to rank him immediately?
This months side quest seems to be flawed from the ground up.

Worthless from the ground up is more like it. Confusing, ill-explained, and way too much effort for the rewards. Every month seems to be getting worse.

Perfect example just came up. The Anti-Venom special event today is to block hits with him. So, can we safely rank him and max him out now (if the Level Up event ever appears) or do we need to save rank ups and level ups for future special events?

Even a smidgeon of customer relations and effective, clear communication would be such a welcome change.

You are not the only one. Everyone else who didn't complete the September objective chain didn't get them either

So u want every event to be the same?
Yes u have to wait 3 days... And to max him around 26 days...
