Problem with bought offer

Yesterday I bought summoner resort offer but I never got my rewards to unlock so I can't claim them.
Support has been contacted but no response from them.
Did anyone have similar problem?

    Hey @Vappadmaster, I'm sorry to hear you haven't received a response to your Support ticket as quickly as you would have liked.

    The length of time it takes our Support Team to respond is determined by many factors, including how busy they are and how complex your request is.

    Unfortunately, we don't have direct access to in-game accounts here in the Forums so are unable to help with issues like this. I recommend being patient in the meantime, our Support Team will get back in touch with you as soon as possible.
