I decided to do all the September objectives just to be in the safe side. I finally got all the objectives difficulty from PROVEN to CAVALIER all completed and then I did the the FINAL PREPARATION objectives for difficulty PROVEN to CAVALIER. Then I restarted the game app and my 1* symbiote together with 3* Anti-venom was there ready for me to collect. I think you should be on the safe side and do all the objectives even the one you don’t wanna do just because it’s lower difficulty.

I completed all the quests. But still I didn't get symbiote and anti venom.
