Sig stones issue

So I opened up an incursions crystal and thankfully got Scarlet witch, I awakened her and give her 100 mystic Sig stones, the game lagged so much and disconnected, after I opened it again I found that I still have 100 mystic sig stones and she is sig 58 I closed the game and reopened it and still the same, I tried to contact support but for some reason when I log in the support screen doesn't recognize my info, I clicked on forgot password it didn't send me any email.
