I bought all the offers with gold
But I didn't received the 6star crystal
I definitely bought that 6star crystal with 450k gold but I'd didn't received the 6star crystal

Did you check the Crystal Shards tab for it?
I did checked everywhere but i didn't got

Can you take a screenshot of your current total 6* shards?

Yeah, you should probably send in a ticket to support.
From the home screen in the game, click on the gear icon in the top left corner.
You will see a button for support right next to the button that sends you to the forums.
I will also ask a silly question, but what is your current progression level in the game?
I'm throne breaker + I completed all varients except varient 1 and explored varient 6
And completed till act 7.2 and explored some paths in 7.1 and 7.2 (I don't have counters for many paths )
Didn't explored anything in act 6
What should I do from here?
Because if it is a Nexus crystal then it would be in the Crystals section, about midway down.
Just a thought. Hope you get it sorted out
Thronebreakers don't get a 6* crystal at all, it's a:
1-2 gem
Then a 6* nexus
Then a 6* nexus class selector
So maybe this dude thought he should have got a basic 6* from the first deal but didn't understand that it's a 1-2 generic gem instead?
