Mr. Fantastic Prefight does not Re-apply after Fisticuffs Node Expires

Hi,
I was using Mr. Fantastic's prefight abilities on Variant 1 Chapter 3.3 in the fisticuffs global. I'd understand that the prefights won't be present at the start, but when I throw my SP2 (after fisticuffs time expires of course) to apply the prefights, the selected prefights did not apply and was unblockable.
Hope this can be given a look into. Would appreciate it a lot thank you.
