After clicking on a pop-up deal by accident I'm working with support to verify my account, again. This is not a rant about support team - they've always been fairly responsive and helpful.
my ask is that once we've run the gauntlet of pain once, digging through old information to verify our account, please please please set up two factor authentication linked to our mobile number. Just the basic setup where I open a ticket, receive a text with a unique code, and reply with it.
It would save players so much time and stress. Maybe more importantly for Kabam - it would save thousands of support hours ($$$)
