Parry & dex bug

Is it just me or has parrying and dex seemed off. Like it feels very delayed. I go for the parry I get destroyed

    Mine has been off today and much of the weekend. It’s going to sound redundant, but the only active thread is in the Bugs section and it’s king and growing.
