KM indestructible charges vs. AntiVenom Sp3

I launched the Sp2 of Km to get the 3 Indestructible stacks before AntiVenom reached its Sp3.
But, during the Sp3, Km get Ko... like he didn't got any Indestructible stacks...
I may misread the description of Antivenom sp3, so could someone explain if it's a bug or not?

The Anti-Venom in Cav EQ has a node that lowers your defensive ability accuracy by 15% per debuff which can stop Killmongers indestructible charges from preventing the damage. Unlike normal indestructible Killmongers charges have no effect when you have the passives on you, they’ll only activate when you get hit which makes it subject to defensive ability accuracy reduction
