Add quest fights as ways to get points in summoners sigil.

You get points for using energy, so why not add quest fight wins as a new way to get points and progress through summoners sigil. I find myself eventually having to rank up champs just to get all five levels. Most of the time it's champs I don't want and I end up using gold that I'm trying to save. Please take this into consideration.
