In the official thread in the forum, there is no release date nor time.
The date I managed to get from in-game mail, which said 13th of October, but no time was given?

    7.2 was supposed to release at the normal.time but was delayed 2.25 hours I believe. I'd have to go back to the LiveStream I was in to double check but I hope 7.3 is released on time which is 10am PST.
