Stuck in Arena

My team is stuck in arena saying my team doesn't match what it's expecting. I can't do anything but hit okay and re-enter the arena to find the same problem. How do I fix this??

Trying to hit top 100 here so it'd be great to get a response asap. Also submit a ticket but this is just wasting my time now...

In an effort to resolve this issue, please force-close and re-open the Marvel: Contest of Champions app. This should free your Champions and make them accessible once again. If that doesn't work, proceed with the relevant troubleshooting steps below.
