Is this broken or am I reading it wrong?

So on Anti-Venom’s special 1, he gains an Accelerated Mutation passive. It also says hits deal an additional burst of physical damage while the Accelerated Mutation passive is active. The wording makes it seem this applies to all hits, and I’m not seeing this on any of them. Half the time, it doesn’t even happen on the special 1.

So is this broken, or am I reading it wrong?

It’s just on SP1 hits. If it isn’t happening on them then something is going wrong

Although I wish it was just on all hits

A strange thing that happened to me in a fight:

Though the first SP1 triggered the passive, the hits did no extra damage.

But the second SP1 did have red numbers.
