Should I give this guy a skill gem?

I have two skill gems just sitting around, aegon is already max sig and my nick is duped, so my only other considerations are kingpin and Shang if I pull him.
However I’ve learnt that it’s better to invest in and play the champs you enjoy rather than waiting, so this guy will be going to r4 coming level up, and probably getting a skill gem and all the skill stones I have.
