Legends Run in a new way

So we all know by now that Kabam has temporarily stopped Legends and Mythic runs. I've thought of an idea which could be making legends runs a bit better.
1. Every month a quest unlocks for people who are level 60 and are uncollected at minimum. (maybe even a minimum total hero rating)
2. The quest could have 3 chapters with 2 quests each just like event quests.
3. Quests in chapter 1 could have 1 path each, quests in chapter 2 with 2 paths and quests in chapter 3 with 3 paths each,
participants should completely explore the quests
4. Each fight has a timer which counts the time u have taken per fight.
5. After the whole quest is done it shows you the total time that you have taken.
top 100 times for each month get the legends rewards (atleast 10 of them could be new legends title winners)
And maybe do mythic runs the original way.

Your system wouldn‘t be any safer against them. The Titles would be won by Cheaters again. We need some better was to keep it fair.
