Summer canteen rewards missing

I have not received the last milestone rewards for the summer canteen even though to my knowledge i haven’t missed a daily event and purchased one of the passes to get the additional rewards, does anyone know why this is?

Thanks for getting back to me but i don’t think it’s an isolated issue and therefore should be up for general discussion so i am quite disappointed that you just removed my post when this could be affecting other players.

It is an Account specific issue, we can‘t check if you missed something or not or did something else wrong. So just follow the Mods advice.

In the link that was provided, click on “Submit a Request” at upper right corner of screen.

And even after purchasing one of the passes (or otherwise that 1 gold offer), and you are still short 1 day, means you were really short 8 days then over the course of the month.

I can guarantee you that i did not miss 8 i don’t even think i missed 1 and that is why i’m complaining but thanks for the advice re the link.

I thought other players or maybe even mods had posted previously that once these monthly events were over support basically can't or won't do anything?

Well that’s not good enough really is it, if someone has an issue it should be investigated and a resolution achieved.
