I couldn’t play for personal reasons from the beginning of October till today and I couldn’t do the special objectives in September so is it still possible to get the symbiote and anti venom or is that opportunity gone?

Yes you can get them
Just do all the September objectives of any one difficulty (cav or uc or conqueror or proven).
