Jabri synergy question.

Maybe I'm confused, reading or using it wrong. I pulled Jabri today and paired her with Apoc and AA. When I use an Apoc special I don't seem to get any precision buffs, AA I may have noticed one or two precision buffs. Do the champs need to already have a DOT applied before I use the special? The wording in the synergy description seems vague to me. Thanks in advance.

Pretty sure they need to be applied for the precision to activate

Archangel makes sense because neurotoxin isn’t a DOT debuff, it’s a passive effect.

My interpretation is that u need the DOT Debuff on the opponent before u throw it. Reply if that doesn’t work. Also for AA his Neurotoxins are passives and won’t count towards the precision.
