Summoner Advancement Alliance event

The 5000 points on a 4* hero crystal is a visual bug I believe. And if it isn't why I didn't get my points, I don't exactly remember how many points I had before opening the 4* crystal. But my current points are less than 5000.

FYI, it's for opening a fully formed 4* crystal, not one from shards. Just in case that's what it was.
