Unable to change war tactics!!!!

in Bugs and Known Issues
we are in teir 3!!! this morning i tried to set tactics for war and somehow was unable to change !! it just show one tactic that is untouchable by default ..!!! another day another bug!! 😣

    Maybe matched with a tier 2 alliance and will be playing their map so only 1 tactic available.

    Not far off tier 2 by chance?
