I do ...7 hours daily ..since i workout and my job requires mental strength and peace to work properly.

It's all about maximizing your Playtime and Lack of Social Life, while your doing the Mindless Grinding have a secondary older smartphone you don't use anymore to browse the Forums.
Though I'll admit as of late I've been falling into the habit of replacing the Forums time with a Second Mindless Grind Game (stay the hell a way from NieRein if you don't care about the Story)...
