Lagged out while trying to load into a fight in Alliance War

in Bugs and Known Issues
I recently went in to fight in AW clicked on the spot to go fight and once it started loading the message popped up at the bottom of the screen saying waiting for connection. then I guess it timed out and went back to the AW map. I was forced to lose half of my character's life without even fighting. This needs to be fixed ASAP!
